Carolyn Mae Powell, 61 of Rome was arrested this week after reports said he stole another man’s clothing at a home on Calhoun Road.
Reports said that Powell proceeded to give away the victim’s clothing after stealing them.
The total value of clothes was listed at nearly $500.
Powell is charged with theft by taking.
