Lakisha Monter Watkins, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stabbed her cousin, whom she lived with, multiple times with a knife.
The incident occurred at their home on Old Summerville Road.
Watkins is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery, possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony and terroristic threat and acts.
