George Rabbit Moshier, 46 of Griffin, was arrested this week after reports said he was found to be in possession of a stolen gun in Rome.
Reports added that the gun was reported stolen from Alabama.
Moshier is charged with possession of a firearm by convicted felon, theft by receiving stolen property from another state and theft by bringing stolen property into another state.
