Destiny Leigh Kelley, 21 of Cedartown, was arrested this week in Rome after she allegedly used a cellphone to set up a drug deal.
Reports said that Kelley arranged a meth deal back on August 25 of this year at a location in Rome.
Kelley is charged with attempt to conspire to violate substance act and use of communication facility in commission of a felony involving a controlled substance.
