Jonathan Bernard Kornegay, 56 of Cartersville, was arrested at the Rome Home Depot, after reports said he took $2,000 to perform a job but never completed said work.
The incident occurred back on March 29, 2019
Kornegay is charged with conversion of payments for real property improvements.
