Carla Kay Boney, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she hit a 48 year-old disabled adult in the face.
Reports added that the victim suffered bruises and scratches to her body from the attack.
Boney is charged with battery, exploitation and intimidation of a disabled or elderly adult, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance with the intent to distribute.
