Timothy Brian Turnipseed, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after report said he shoved a pregnant woman against the wall during an altercation at a location on Alabama Highway.
Reports added that the victim, who is carrying Turnipseed’s child, has also previously placed a protection order against him.
Turnipseed is charged with simple assault and aggravated stalking.
