Jeramie Lee Baines, 33 of Rockmart, was jailed in Rome this week after reports said he traded a stolen Bombardier 400 four-wheeler to a 14 year-old Kingston girl for her Artic Cat DVX 400.
Reports said that the incident occurred last December 9th Barines is charged with felony theft by deception and being a fugitive from justice
