Julia Raquel Heinzer, 23 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill to a business on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports added that when police arrived Heinzer failed to five officers information they desired.
Heinzer is charged with first degree forgery and obstruction.
