Christina Maria Flowers, 62 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she used vulgar language in public, in the process breaching the peace of the community.
Police stated that while being taken into custody she refused to comply with officers and walked away. In the process entering onto Coral Avenue in an intoxicated state.
Flowers is charged with public drunk, disorderly conduct and obstruction.
