A homeless man, Gregory Leemar North, 40, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of synthetic marijuana.
Reports said that North was found with the drugs in his hand while sleeping on McDonald Street.
North is charged with five counts possession of synthetic marijuana and pedestrian under the influence of drugs.
