Sharon Nell Kelley, 68 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly attempted to murder a 60 year-old woman.
Reports said that she attempted to choke the woman to death during an altercation at 34 Ohio Drive.
Police stated that the victim and suspect has lived together for the past 3 months.
Kelly is charged with aggravated assault.
