Elizabeth Dawn Little, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found her riding a bicycle down West 2nd Avenue while intoxicated.
Reports said that Davis was also found with synthetic marijuana cigarettes.
Little is charged with pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.
