Tommy Issac Baldwin, 55 of Rome, was arrested at his home on Sunrise Drive after reports said police found him in possession of methamphetamine in a glass pipe and a marijuana cigarette.
Baldwin is charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of drug related objects and probation violation.
