Bobby Charles Owens, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after allegedly breaking into and burglarizing a vacant dwelling on Melody Lane.
Reports said that Owens caused over $4,000 in damage to the property.
Owens is charged with first degree burglary and criminal damage to property.
