David Charles Hornbuckle, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted an unidentified victim at a home on Londmeadow Drive.
Reports said that Hornbuckle “charged at the victim with both hands in a fist”, which placed them in fear of their safety. Hornbuckle is charged with simple assault
