Nicholas Ricardo Gonzales, 23 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he allegedly intentionally broke the front windshield and two driver side windows out of a woman’s car at their home on Ave C.
Police stated that while taking Gonzales into custody he became combative and begin to fight with officers.
Gonzales is charged with criminal damage to property and obstruction.
