Nathaniel Dennis Bailey, 36 of Adairsville, was jailed in Rome after he allegedly pointed a gun at someone’s head while he was trying to repossess their car.
Reports stated that the incident occurred in the parking lot of Home Depot back on June 26th.
Bailey is charged with aggravated assault.
