Charles Anthony Tray McPherson, 24 of Rome, was arrested at his home on Nelm Street after reports said he set fire to a towel and then began to throw glass items at a 29 year-old woman.
Reports said that McPherson also turned over a couch in the fit of rage.
McPherson is charged with terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespass.
