Justin Daniel Dowdy, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he hit, kicked and body slammed a man at a home on Garden Avenue in Lindale.
Dowdy is charged with battery.
Selena Patrice Gilmore, 19 of Lindale, was arrested for allegedly bringing three others to meet the victim with the purpose of engaging in combat.
Gilmore is charged with party to a crime.
