Guillermo Ramirez, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he beat his two 3 year-old children.
Reports said that Ramirez intentionally struck the children on their backs at a location on Burnett Ferry Road.
Ramirez is charged with battery and cruelty to children.
