Tiffany Leann Baker, 34 of Silver Creek, was jailed this week after reports said she ate $54 worth of food at Chef Chen Buffett and left without paying.
Reports said that while being taken into custody police found meth and a meth pipe.
Baker is charged with theft by taking, possession of meth, and possession of drug related objects.
