Rome Man Steals over $400

Jerry Daniel McCluskey Jr, 42 of Rome, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he stole $486.53 from a person back on January 14^th.

Reports said that McCluskey cashed a forged check that belonged to the victim and placed the funds into his checking account.

McCluskey is charged with theft by taking.
