India Rhancel Woodall, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly called a man 16 times repeatedly before placing a sword at his neck.
Reports said that Woodall then caused over $1,600 in damages to the man’s home.
Woodall is charged with aggravated assault, stalking and criminal damage to property.
