Justin Ray Weldon, 19 of Calhoun, was arrested this week in Rome after reports said he used a 2×4 to break a window in order to steal car keys at University Jeep Chrysler Dodge in Rome.
Reporrs said that the burglary occurred just before midnight Sunday
Weldon is charged with first degree burglary and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
