Joshua Franklin Reynolds, 17 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he threw a coffee cup at a 32 year-old on Crane Street.
Reports said that the person’s property was placed “in danger of being damaged or destroyed”.
Reynolds is charged with disorderly conduct.
