Renwick Cortez Fain, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pushed a woman to the floor and then proceeded to pour bleach in her eyes.
Reports said that the incident, which occurred at a home on Dellvue Place, happened in front of their children.
Fair is charged with battery and cruelty to children.
