Randall Duane Brock Jr, 40 of Ellijay, was booked into the Floyd County Jail after he allegedly used another person’s debit card to make over $100 in purchases in Silver Creek.
Reports said that the card belonged to someone in Silver Creek. The alleged transaction occurred back on February 28th.
Brock is charged with financial transaction card fraud.
