Johnny Dewayne Croley, 42 of Crossville, Alabama was jailed in Rome after reports said he stole a logging trailer from a home in Cave Spring.
Reports stated that the 1974 36-36” trailer is valued at $7,200.
The theft occurred back on January 28th.
Croley is charged with felony theft by taking.
