Jonathan Arteaga-Reynosa 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he yelled and screamed at an 18 year-old male before he struck him in the face with a closed fist.
Reports said that Reynosa screamed threats at the victim before he caused him to suffer a violent injury.
Artega-Reynosa is charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.
