Dean Martin Hartley Jr, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was accused of attacking a woman at a home on Piedmont Avenue.
Reports said that Hartley shoved the woman down causing her to suffer an injury to her left lower leg.
The attack occurred last December 18th.
Hartley is charged with simple assault, cruelty to children and failure to appear.
