Jacob Ryan Toland, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he hit another person with a baseball bat a home on Radio Springs Road.
Reports added that Toland then proceeded to destroy the victim’s belongings.
Toland is charged with aggravated assault, criminal trespass and probation violation.
