Gregory Michael Thomas,41 of Armuchee, was arrested this week at a home on Chateau Drive after reports said he violated his terms of release when he made unwanted contact with his wife.
Reports said that while being taken into custody he was found with marijuana.
Thomas is charged with aggravated stalking and possession of marijuana.
