A homeless 37 year-old Rome woman, Melissa Christie Robertson, was arrested after police said they saw her walking heavily intoxicated down railroad tracks on Calhoun Street.
Reports said that Robertson tossed her open beer on the ground when approached by police.
Robertson is charged with illegal dumping, public drunk, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
