James Edward Garrett Jr, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week at the Brandon Burke State Farm Agency after he was allegedly found with a loaded syringe of methamphetamine.
Reports said that Police also found Garrett in possession of a package of suspected meth and another containing marijuana.
Garrett is charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects.
