Gary Wayne Acrey Jr, 46 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after reports said he threatened to burn down a victim’s home if they called police on him.
The victim stated that the threat occurred while the two were engaged in a domestic altercation on Fosters Mill Road.
ACrey is charged with terroristic threats and acts and two counts probation violation.
