Roosevelt C Williams, 41 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he grabbed a 40 year-old woman and attempted to drag her outside a room at a home on West 12th Street.
Reports added that he also told the victim that “she was coming with him”.
Williams is charged with simple battery.
