Matthew Ryan Davis, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a UHaul truck.
Reports said that Davis told an employee at UHaul that he was there do do maintenance on the truck. Instead, Davis drove the truck for personal usage over 150 miles. Reports added that Davis returned the truck three hours later.
Davis is charged with felony theft by deception and theft by taking a motor vehicle.
