Devin Ray Dockery, 26 of Cartersville, and Toby Keith Johnson, 23 of Silver Creek, were arrested in Silver Creek this week after police said they found them driving a stolen vehicle.
Reports said that after pulling Dockery over he told officers that he had purchased the vehicle from another person.
A search of Johnson’s backpack led police to allegedly find over an ounce of meth and numerous plastic baggies used to package the drugs.
Both are charged with theft by receiving a stolen vehicle.
Johnson is additionally charged with possession of meth with intent to distribute.
