Darius Maurice Diamond, 27 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he attacked two women in front of four small children at an apartment in Ashland Park.
Reports stated that Diamond grabbed one woman by the air and drug her around the home. He then proceeded to grab another woman by the neck and choked her to the point she could not breath.
The women had visible injuries to their arm and neck.
Diamond is charged with aggravated assault, battery and four counts cruelty to children.
