Jeffrey Dillon Walker, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he “with force and against the will of the victim perform a sexual act where he penetrated the rectum of the victim”.
The report did not indicate the age or the sex of the victim.
The incident occurred at a home on Freeman Ferry Road on January 4th.
Walker is charged with aggravated sodomy.
