Edward Demetrius Laliveres Jr, 28 of Rome, was jailed after police said they found him to be in possession of a bag of cocaine while conducting a routine traffic stop
Reports said that Laliveres was pulled over on Highway 53 and then found to have been driving on a suspended license.
A search led police to find cocaine in his front pocket.
Laliveres is charged with possession of cocaine and driving on a suspended license.
