Bryon Kent Padgett, 44 of Cedartown, was jailed in Rome after he allegedly touched the breast and buttocks of two unwilling women.
Reports said that one victim was a 20 year-old from Silver Creek and the other was a 21 year-old from Rockmart.
Both incidents occurred at a home on Old Lindale Road.
Padgett is charged with two counts of sexual battery.
