George Kelvin Waddell, 53 of Dalton, was arrested on East 20th Street in Rome this week after police said he fled from them while initiating a traffic stop on his bicycle.
Police stated that they were attempting to pull Waddell over after leaving a suspected drug house. However, Waddell attempted to elude them after he was told to stop.
Waddell is charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement.
