Cody James Croker, 29 of Aragon, was arrested this week after reports said that while under the influence of alcohol he crossed the center line and struck an oncoming vehicle.
Croker then is charged with striking a guard wire that was attached to a utility pole.
The officer said that Croker “was so out of it he could not answer any questions”.
Croker is charged with DUI, possession of synthetic marijuana and failure to maintain lane.
