William Riley Pegg Jr, 48 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said he shot a 35 year-old man during an altercation at a home on Donahoo Road.
Reports said that Pegg was attempting to take a utility trailer when he threatened to shoot and kill the property owner. Pegg then went to his truck and removed a revolver before firing three shots at the victim. The victim was struck in the right leg and shin.
Pegg is charged with aggravated assault, aggriavated battery, terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass, reckless conduct, pointing a gun at another and possession of a gun during the commission of felony.
