Robert Henry Williams III, 33 of Rome, was jailed at a home on Waddell Street when police said he was found trespassing and damaging another’s air-condition while in possession of meth.
Reports said that officers located a needle with a small amount of the drug left inside.
Authorities added that Williams did close to $500 in damage to the home.
He is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects, criminal damage to property and criminal trespass.
