Destin Storm Brand, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he hid in a closet in order to avoid police.
Reports said that when Brand came out of the closet he was found with a pipe containing methamphetamine.
Brand charged with obstruction, possession of drug-related objects, possession of methamphetamine and probation violaton.
