Nicklous Ynone Barnes, 30 of Rome, was jailed this week after police said he entered into a vehicle at a location on Overlook Place and took two power enventors. Reports added that when the owner confronted Barnes he allegedly dropped his pants and revealed himself to five people.
Barnes is charged with public indecency and entering an automobile with intent to commit a theft.
