Phillip Darren Mulkey, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he screamed and cursed at customers at the Race Trac on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports added that Mulkey repeatedly refused to stop causing a scene after being asked numerous times.
Mulkey is charged with disorderly conduct.
